View Full Version : Non G.I. Joe Black Widow upgrades

For Black Widow, I've had a custom I've loved and used as my default for awhile now. But the head was the one thing I was still on the lookout for. Well, thanks to sgartz, I made a sweet trade for an Avengers BW. It's a great head sculpt. Nice figure overall, but not quite where I wanted BW to be, design wise (in part because she has the older styled movie hips). So I took the best of the movie fig and bashed it on to my existing custom. I used her head, arms (some of the best female armsmade in scale) and lower legs. Then I painted her up, flesh tones to match, eye detail, etc... She's kind of a mash-up between MU and movie styles. Thoughts?

The entire torso/waist is just a Marvel Universe Black Widow that I modified and sculpted.

Yeah, the nipply effect was part of the previous version I did, that was a bit controversial at the time. lol. I just think it's a natural consequence of going around in that much spandex...

Better watch out. The Prude Patrol might get you. That neck line is dangerously low.:D
Seriously though. Nice custom. I've been keeping my eyes peeled for a Black Widow with no luck.

and thank you also. But no, I'm not familiar with Sourcefed. Is there a reference I'm missing?

"Knighthawk" is a name for a character I created years ago (Inspired by/swiped from Star Frontiers: Knighthawks), and then started making custom figures of thereafter. So I used it here as a screen name.

I'm curious as to what you are referring to though.
