So the Retaliation figures hit retail in my area right before Memorial Day. That same week of Memorial Day most of the figures were gone. Now we are coming into our 3rd week of empty pegs and nothing. I have two Walmarts and one Target in my area and it's all the same. One Snake Eyes here, one Storm Shadow there still hanging. In that same time frame The Avengers, Spider Man, Batman, and even The Corps have all restocked twice!!! Keeping the pegs full. But no Joes. I asked managers in all three stores and they are telling me that they are not reordering GI Joes. I've asked all three different managers that if they were bought up all in the same week why no restock on the Joes. All three have told me that "there is no desire to reorder."

So are the stores in your areas keeping the Joes stocked? Or are you experiencing no Joe restocks?

TRU is handing out 10 gift cards for any purchase of $25 or more on Retaliation Joes only...they are Trying to empty out their stock till Christmas. That being said I had a reason to buy some more Kitbash foder yesterday.

From what I've seen at a few Targets, it seems like they've been restocking. Still a pain in the ass to find Red Ninjas, Joe Troopers, and sometimes Cobra Commander. Personally I'm happy with my findings until new product hits later, but I could always take a few more Red Ninjas. They just look so freakin cool...

I wouldn't worry about it. Knowing hasbro, ther will relaunch wave 1 for the movie anyways. Then we will all be fired up at how they are peg worming because everyone got their fill a year ago. If anything you should be worried about wave 3 on up.

Well, you're right with the Target down here. It does depend on the store.

That's my thing, I want to see Wave 3. And I want to see the new Crimson Guards and Night Vipers. I gotta have 'em! I gotta have 'em!

I'm pretty sure Hasbro would have held back wave 1 if they knew about the delay in the movie in time but with that, I'm pretty sure they aren't shipping anything until the movie.

I have at least 1 of each vehicle, 2 of each 3 pack, and some cobra troopers I'm up to trade. I have joe troopers but I think I'll hang on to them to troop build. Anybody want them?

Target made a large initial order and certain stores are still being restocked from their distribution center, but when that's gone, there won't be anything there or anywhere until the toys are re-released. TRU is offering a $10 gift card on any Retaliation purchase of $25 or more, in-store only to clean out their existing stock. Walmart stocked what was waiting in their re-set ques and sent back the rest. Kmart got a small initial stocking with no restock.

I'm sure we'll see everything re-released except the three packs: they cost more to produce (accessories/packaging/shipping) and sell for less than the equivalent in individual figures. With Hasbro having to eat a lot of costs on the movie toys, I don't see the three packs lasting beyond what's on shelves now and definitely NOT being re-manufactured for one flagship and two minor characters per assortment when whatever is left of the movie line comes out at Christmas.

Well, with the Joe sequel push to next year I am not suprised. There are only a handfull of figures I wanted and have purchased.Target pretty much had all the figures and Vehicels in all the classes.Walmart not so much. This might be great if anyone is hoping for waves 2-4.Those figures could be out by January or Feburary.

From what I've read on the Tank, even Target is on record of saying it will not restock any more Joe's until closer to the release of the Retaliation movie next year. So, get them while you can. I question whether there will really be a big restock of wave 1, where stores may place bigger orders on wave 2 and up. In either case I have some concern how this will affect the availability of certain waves.

Hasbro can't force a retailer to reorder. The retailers own the stock in the store. They usually don't get refunds from Hasbro.

Well, I spoke too soon. Just went back by Walmart today and had a different manager scan the Retaliation Snake Eyes and she there were 48 more Retaliation action figures coming on tonight's truck. Hoping to find a blue Cobra Commander, Red Ninjas, and tan Joe Troopers.

It still seems a little strange that Hasbro said that only the figures that were already in companys stores and DC's would be sold and thats it. I think they have been shipping out figures still the companies like Target and Toys R Us based on the inventory I have seen coming in at Target especially.

So far it seems Target has been getting a steady stream of them. I am not getting there in time to get the Troop Builders I want, it seems like someone is buying them all. They seem to be all selling ok but since there are two of SS SE and RB in a case they are the ones that I see multiples of a lot.

Walmart restocks: no

This has been my experience. I knew that Target would restock because Kennywr, who works at target, told us there were more figs at the dc's.

My Target stores are all inconsistent. 2 stores have 4 pegs for Joe's and only 1 has restocked, the other store has been bare except 2 bravo vehicles and the bikes, since launch day.

The other 3 Targets only have 1 peg for Joe's so they cant put out a full case, but the peg warmers havent moved.

Tru restocks with a single case on truck day.

All the local WM's have yet to restock from launch day.

Same with the 2 K-Mart stores, single case on launch day and no restock since.

The 3 WM's near me are either completely sold out or nearly sold out of Retaliation figures. They haven't restocked in about 2 weeks since the first shipment appeared.

The 2 Targets still have tons of figures, though. Managed to find a couple of CCs and tan Troopers at one of them, and grabbed another Red Ninja today. The 3-packs are now gone, BTW.

It seems like Target is the best place to find them so far. The pegs were empty at my local Walmart and I asked an employee if they would get more and they scanned the peg code and tried ordering some and they had to get the Managers approval to order them which they told me was not common. They did call the manager and he did approve the order so I am not sure if they will get them or not.

Yes for Target, TRU and Walmart around me. I'm lucky though and have five Walmarts within 15 miles of me and two Targets. My Kmart has a full assortment of figures and alpha vehicles. Only the black CC has been seen by me and a few friends though.

The Target Ive got my figures Ive got one Tan Cape, one Red Ninja and a Black CC. Theyve restocked

KMart had got the first shipment, but hasnt restocked.

The one WM Ive checked didnt have anything other then the RB & SE talking figures.

Targets around me get stuff in on a regular basis, 3 certain days of the week. Toysrus every friday. K-mart got a case in once and that is it. Walmarts only have the figures, but still only seems to get a case in every other 3 months or so like the last two lines.

I am happy with what I have gotten so far and if no more product comes in until next year, I will be just fine.

Kmart rarely restocks their supply. They will leave there place empty and sullen, you know like a dollar general. Well, this is at least true for mine.

You know it is kind of interesting to note how pretty much every store has the same prices for the Joe figures. K-Mart use to be one of the higher ones. Now Walmart, whom doesn't take the advantage as usual on this time, has the price one dollar less on the figures. They may not be cheap, but they are cheaper.
