"MSGT. WC Culbert"

This is in regards to an old 2009 post by IronMan76. MSGT. WC Culbert is the sculptor of the Dragonfly. He is a colleague of mine. According to his story, Wild Bill was sculpted to resemble Robert Redford. When they got the figure in hand, it looked more like Bill Culbertson, so they name the pilot Wild Bill. I believe there is another story pertaining to where Wild Bill's name came from. I don't know for sure which is the "real" story. Bill sculpted many of the first line including Scarlett. Thanks for the help on this, I was going through file card man, and no name would match up. Then it hit me to google it. I'm glad now I have that name on my Dragonfly. One of my favourite joe Vehicles of all time!
