Anyone know if MLB Playmakers heads work with Joes?

Just wondering if anyone has tried making a Cutter custom from any of the Red Sox players...and if the heads fit or hats/helmets are removable?

You would have to modify them to fit a Joe, but even then they are too big.

Mikey77 did a custom for me and it looked fine...not too big to notice. It may just be the head and body combo...
