Okay, swap out Retaliation dojo Beach Heads (cool) vest with a POC Steel Brigade vest, and bam. Prob one of the best Beach Head figs ever.
Swap out Kamkura's (POC Duke's) webgear and replace it with a Retaliation GI Joe Trooper's vest along with the knives and remove the hood, then add his backpack and swords. Wow. I also took a random Resolute Storm Shadow head which is the same mold as Kamakura's only white, and painted it to match the color of Kamakura's clothes. Looks good too, but I could go with either one. Went from being my worst Retaliation figs to moving up to the upper percentile. Uses the silence Uzi of course.
Last swap out a GI Joe Trooper's head with a DG Duke's head, and a 25th Zap helmet, and you have a pretty cool standard looking guy, although I am using him as a Long Range kinda character. He still keeps his original vest. His default gun is the trooper's sniper rifle, but I also give him the grenade launcher and Zap's bazooka and backpack and make him some sort of master of arms kinda guy, where he's good a long range support weapons. I hate the concept of a green shirt, so thats why I need a name for him, but dont like Long Range. Maybe Crosshair?
Swapped out the vest that came on the dojo Snake Eyes and put it on the single card one. I dont mind the silver, but looks Renegades to me, and I wanted all black. Looks real good.
Also took Retaliation's Beach Head's vest and thru it on a Renegades Duke as my squad leader. Not perfect, but I am not spending anymore money on these fools, so have to use whats in my bit box.
