SS: silver short sword, bow, staff, kunai (throwing daggers)

Red ninja leader: claw, hat, mask, zipline

Personally, I gave storm shadow the swords and backpack (with the bow and throwing knives),
I gave SE the submachine guns and sword from 3-pack Kamakura, and I gave the Red ninja leader the staff, sais, and claw.

The zipline is up for grabs.
