Has anyones Oktober Guard order disappear?

This morning I checked my bank account and noticed the proccessing payment for the Oktober Guard Homefront Heroes set had dissapeared. The money was deposited back in my account, so I am wondering what's the dealio. Has anyone else run into this?

For as many problems as the club has whenever I've had an issue and contacted them directly they've always been good about giving an answer and some action steps.
