Cobra starring Ryan Reynolds

After visiting the 12 closest Dollar General stores I found a single Cobra Commander. I don't need another hooded figure, so I decided it was time for a lazy head swap. If I ever find the black Cobra troopers at the Dollar General then this will be their leader.

First thing I thought of is Ryan Rynolds starring as Chuckles in an adaptation of IDW's first Cobra mini. He would be perfect and it would make a killer film. What head did you use? A GL head?

I picked up a few GLs on clearance. I gave the power rings to local kids and now I'm using the heads for something more interesting.

He would make a nice Chuckles and that would make a neat movie. It could be adapted to fit after the 2nd film. If they hurry it could be out before Retaliation.

The figure were down to $1.50 at Walmart, hard not to be tempted to buy em just for parts at that price.

agree... any future Joe movie should just be called COBRA, should just star Chuckles, supporting actress as Jinx, and should be based on that storyline.

I would buy into that 110%. They could turn the IDW series into movies and I'd be happy... maybe with the exception of Snake Eyes... that series bores the Hell out of me.

I just drilled out the original hole a little wider. It doesn't sit perfect but it looks fine. This was easier than sawing off Spock's head, then drilling it out wider--which I also did but didn't quite look as good in the end.

This was fairly low effort and lazy but I like how it looks.

Turns out the Dollar General $3.50 Dusty head looks cool on the body too. He looks grumpy and it fits well.
