I am officially declaring...what a hypocrite I am.

When word first came around that wave 4 would basically be filler, I wasn't too thrilled. "I have those exact figures in the 5 packs" is what I said to myself.

Now, the nerd in me has rationalized it all. Wave 4, in all respects, are "different", because they're single carded. Therefore, I need them. :D

I noticed Cobra Commander (chrome-dome version I) is shown on the back of the wave 4 cards. Is this figure being released on a single card now (I don't remember hearing about this one)?

Question about the rifle that comes in the nok pack. Does it belong to Torch or Ripper's? It looks like Rippers gun from the toon but in all the pics I see Torch holding it. Anybody know?

Buy the Cobra 5 pack for sure. It's the only way to get Baroness and when they do put her on a card, I have a feeling it will be a crimson or blue one. Also the 5 pack gives you a trooper.

that is true i have some 5 packs put away i'll pick them up thanks. i want to start troop building but it's hard with every store not haveing nothing on its shelfs.

I would say the rifle is definately Ripper's. I remember getting him back in '85 JUST because of the weapon. I didn't even know what the hell the jaws of life accessory was supposed to be. Pretty sure I thought it was a jack hammer. I was an ignorant SOB.

Seems rotten that Buzzer & Torch don't get sidearms at the very least.

Carded Duke comes with a backpack. I want a Duke with back pack, but don't want to buy another figure to get it. Which also means that they will probably re-release Flint with a backpack, as well. And I want a backpack Flint, as well. And then, maybe, they will re-release Snake-eyes, version 2, with a backpack. So, do I return the figures I have and wait?

The Wave 5 Snake Eyes has the new crotch, the earlier released carded photo's of the Wave 5 Snake Eyes didn't have that, could that mean the Battle Pack Wave 4 figures could have the new crotches as well when actually released?

Nah, I'm glad they're doing "filler" for now. I still need to catch up on some I've missed out on.

The comic packs look cool though, are they new to these waves or have they been around? I've never seen them (or a spot for them) in any stores.
