I'm having some issues with Samsung (as seen in my Samsung Costumer Service Sucks thread). Anyways has anyone ever filed a claim with the BBB? What exactly gets done? Does anything get accomplished or is it a waste of time? Thanks in advance

Yeah, Ive had to go through them too, and its a crock. HOWEVER, mine as well do it, youve got nothing to lose. Good luck, I feel your pain.

BBB is a private organization and it seems most companies these days don't care to belong to it. I think you have to pay dues to be in it.
