Retaliation Snake Eyes Tweaks

I kinda dig Retaliation Snake Eyes, but I think he was sorely lacking in the gear department. Plus, my Snake Eyes has to be black, not charcoal or dark gray, or whatever. Hope y'all like the mods I made:
