Men in Black head swap with Joes

Does anyone know if the Men in black figures heads pop off after boiling? Can they be switched with the Joes? Not looking to do much more. Thanks for any help.

if i remember correctly
no MIB neck pegs are much thinner than joes necks
but a customizer with a dermal would be able to mix um
