Help! Head broke

My son was changing heads on his wave 3 PoC Snake Eyes.
The neck broke at the ball and now I have a head with a neck ball stuck in it and the neck is broke. How do I fix this ?!

Soak the head in hot water until it's flexible, then use an awl or similar tool to punch a small hole in the neckball and prise it out. When you have the neck ball removed, drill a hole through it and the neck stump in the same spot and pin/superglue it back in place.
