25th Viper Torso

I got one of these in a lot a while back.

I sat down with him and pulling him apart:

Hands - suck
Head - suck
Boots - suck
Legs - suck

At some point during the dis-assembly, I realized that it is actually a pretty nice torso sculpt, and I don't want to waste it. It looks like it might make a good base for Doc, but I don't know.

So I've got questions. What have you used this torso for? What are some good bare lower arms to go on it? Any recommendations for legs?
