Yeah and will there be plenty for all attendees or are you putting proper limits on them so that they arent consumed by GT holders only?

Pete- Thanks for that update. I was browsing through it, and didn't see the official notice for Footloose however. Mind a link?

Will this help with the price of footloose? Make him a bit cheaper and more readily available?

It mite, just depends on if he sells out or not. More than likely he will sell out though, even if they made more than last year.

If anything, it'll make it even worse.

Expect the same thing that happened with Dial-Tone. Nice for attendees, but not for those of us who are unable or unwilling to attend.

from the Joecon site.
Also, for those attending, we will be selling CARDED versions of the 2012 Footloose Membership Incentive Figure at the GIJCC store at G.I.JoeCon. This will be a great item to pick up at the show and to have Will autograph! These are very limited so you will not want to miss out on this great item!

Of course they are! Hopefully they can't buy more then 3, but that takes out 225 from the start! How many dial tones were made, 600? So hopefully it won't get ugly. I still think the golden ticket is stupid, but it makes the club $30,000 (at least) in profit for supplying nothing in return. So it's smart on their part, just not far for the attendees that won't get a carded footloose.
sorry in advance for running people over to get the CFL! lol

I am going to try my best to have a carded Footloose as the prize for BrokeCon this year. Even though I'm actually going to be AT Con, RogueWingnut will be running the insanity here on the tank.

Still waiting on that answer Pete.

I thought that the yearly "free" club version of Footloose was supposed to be carded?

I hope so. GT holders acted like assholes last year. I saw them jump from the cash line to the credit card line and cut in front of a bunch of people because their friend was saving them a spot. So they not only jumped to the front of the line, that group of dicks actually got 6 Dial Tones a piece in one day.

The carded Footloose that will be sold at JoeCon is the same as the membership figure. The yearly "free" one comes in a bag.

Would someone please pick up a carded Footloose for me? I still need to call the collector's club bc I haven't received my membership bagged version yet. :(

Last year they were $25 and it was 1 per attendee badge (so 3.75" and 12" fans could buy them). Dealers could buy 1 per badge starting Friday morning. Golden Ticket Holders could buy 3x anytime they wanted. I don't know how they could change it up this year...maybe make more. Last year Dial Tone was limited to 600. They were available as late as Friday afternoon. If you fear not getting one, your best bet is to find someone who is going and to hook you up (like SDCC). Sorry, but that is my best advice to you.
