Hey Tankers! I've been approved by the HISSTANK.com staff to start this contest! The contest will start today 20th May 2012 and go until 29th July 2012. Contest winners will be based on a voting thread that is going to be available to everyone beginning the 28th of July and ending on 29 July 2012. Here is the breakdown of this contest.


Custom Contest for the best unproduced modern/25th style figure

1st Place will receive a $100 gift card
2nd Place will receive a $25 gift card
3rd Place will get a high five, jk; you get a MOC ME Iron Grenadier

Rules:
Free entry
Unlimited entries per person but only one can place
Photo Submission Only
PM photo submission to me with all white background and I'll post them in a link
Submission cannot have been submitted in a previous contest (results in disqualification)
Figure pool is any unproduced figure from the ME/25th era; even figures that have never been produced or made up
(examples- Crystal Ball, Billy, Pythona, Rock n' Roll V2) hit me up if you have a question over particular figure
Winner will be based on thread popular vote
Start Date: 20 May 2012
End Date: 29 July 2012
Submissions must be in by 27 July (all submissions after will not be accepted)

I love buying customs and admire what you all can do!!! I wish I had that kind of talent. Here is a picture of some of the customs I’ve purchased over the years. If any are your customs feel free to go ahead a plug your work. If anyone has any question please feel free to contact me.

Also, I was so inspired by all the positive feedback that I increased the winning prizes! Thank you everyone! I look forward to seeing some awesome customs.

i recently popped out 14 customs in 10 days awhile ago so my skill set is fresh and ready to go…..parts may be an issue but i may just reuse some that didn't turn out!!

I'm okay with updated versions of figures as long as there is not an updated version already, i.e. Recondo, Destro, Duke, ect. Again if there is a question on a particular figures please PM and ask me.

Yep, I had already thought of that and it's also why I didn't include it in the original rules but since there are a few people requesting it that way I figured, okay. If a better idea comes along I'll make changes

I made a change to a previous rule. I know some people wanted to keep pictures anonymous but since I'm allowing previosly posted pictures it wouldn't be fair to the people who are submitting new customs. With that said, you may post pictures on here or PM them to me but keep an all white background. I will post a link with all submissions in a condensed link on the second post.

Hey everyone I need your help with something, one of the contestants told me that they were unable to view the pictures in contest photo link and I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue. The pictures have worked on all the computers I've used to check but maybe there is something going on that I can't see. Here is the link, let me know if it works for you

Hey guys, here is some updates regarding the questions.

You can submit as many photos as you want as long you use a white background.

You get to keep any submissions, even if it wins.

And no rf, you didn't miss it.

With the entries all in, I wonder if anyone would be amiable to sharing their recipes?

My own entry is a heavily modified Renegades Firefly for the legs, arms and head; with a Zombie Viper torso and webgear; and Blowtorch's Knees.

I would love to hear how any of the others went together, so that I can steal someone else's ideas,er...pay homage to their awesome work.
