Could anyone paint Gen. Rey for me?

I've got no painting skills. Could anyone who's got experience painting respectable customs paint the General Rey I've put together? It's the typical custom using the Officer Hawk head, Beachhead body, and Wraith shoulder armor.

I'd be willing to pay and/or throw in some figures. I bought the recent Dreadnoks box set solely for Zandar & Zanya. Don't have need for the others.

The General Rey will definetely be played with. I assume there's paints that are better/safer than others as far as this goes...?

Makes more sense to use the serpentor head (and the helmet with a slight modification looks dead on.
