So I was wondering if anyone has perfected a decent method of sizing down the foot pegs on random vehicles? I have a dremel...any accessories/tool bits to maybe do the job?

I would also be interested to know if anyone has just dremelled out the sides so figures can fit in cockpits and such.

The problem is that some of the footpegs are actually hollow inside (probably due to air pocket during the molding process). I cut around the edges for my ROC Rhino so my figures can fit on the pegs. Some worked out nicely, but some just fell off cause there was an air pocket in the middle of the peg.

Wasn't aware that the pegs could also be hollow. Ok, thanks for the counsel.

Your best be would be to find Styrene rod of the correct diameter for ME feet holes. Get a drill-bit the same diameter

Then grind the vintage peg flush with the surface.

If there's a hole from the peg being hollow you may need to use a small peice of sheet styrene to reinforce the base...otherwise I think it'd just be a matter of drilling the hole and gluing in the rod.
