I'm curious to see the finished Ripcord. I wonder if Hasbro will ever give us a classic non-movie styled one ever again?

Looking good so far! I'm interested to see your take on Ripcord. Posted my modern one recently and already working on one to keep for myself. If you need any help or advice with him, shoot me a PM. I was a Parachute Rigger in the Army for 7 years so I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the rigs and gear.

Very solid! I do like your take a LOT! My idea is to keep him fresh while at the same time keeping a very strong tie to the original. Thats why I went with the wild bill flight suit torso. What would you say to peg mounting the O2 tank to the shoulder strap of the rig?

I wouldn't peg mount the O2 bottle to the shoulder straps. If you wanna mount it, I'd suggest closer to the waist as that's usually where the O2 tanks are in a pouch.
