I'm starting this to make others aware of some tankers who jump in on Davevipers http://www.hisstank.com/forum/general-discussion/219094-free-stuff-pay-forward-lounge.html and win stuff then offer things up and don't deliver on the goods. Several people have PM'd these people, with no answer. I'm not calling out anyone, but people who grab stuff got to do the right thing. Totally not in the spirit of what the thread was about. So, beware of these clowns.
If you know of others, put them up in here

Well First we have Firefly9145 my sister won his chemical warfare pack of 3 figures. She then put up 3 items to pay it forward and still to this day he will not answere her PMs this guy is a real piece or work. Not to mention he lives in Puerto Rico and if anyone who shipped an item to him knows it cost more to ship out there. But yet last night I sent him a PM and he can answer me to cuss me out...

Next we have nova I won his glow in the dark zombie cast parts. First he sends me a PM that If I don't spend at least. $20.00 worth of his cast parts he is not worrying about shipping cause its not worth his time. Then I get a PM after several PMs and it says he will ship eventually another piece of work...

He said he would pay it forwards a renegades storm shadow to the person who put up the best toy for pay it forwards. I put up a SSCC Sgt Slaughter. he said I got the ren ss, but asked me to send the sgt to ripcord who had given a bit but hadnt won anything. I agreed, and ,like all my other pay it forwards I said I wouldnt be shipping till may 11th. He said fine, and that he would be shipping soon. I never recieved it, and was worried, so thursday the 10th I started a conversation with him via p.m's. below is the conversation
Hi, I will be shipping rip the sgt Slaughter out on friday. I havent recieved the ren ss, I wasnt sure if you've shipped it yet.

I have not shipped anything. I have recently been burned on a couple of trades/transactions and I have been feeling less than generous. I am suspending all dealings until I either receive what I am owed or my items are either returned or my money is refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience to you. I just can't give things away on one side while people are stealing them on the other.
So may I assume that when Ripcord recieves the sgt slaughter you will ship the ren ss?
I would say hold on to the Sarge I doubt I am ever going to get the figures or the money / parts I am owed.
I already shipped him, and would have anyways..its cool karma comes around. so I will be rewarded for the generosity, I hope you have better luck in the future

It hasn't happened as of yet, but please, take the high road. I don't want anyone to end up getting infracted for something that could have easily been avoided.

First and foremost, as noted on the first page of the PIF thread, we here (HissTank.com) cannot and will not be responsible for any bad trades/traders. Each transaction is done at your own risk.
Now, as mentioned elsewhere, although we can't get involved in that respect, we can address any issues that are board impacting. We want everyones experience here to be a positive one, so if there's someone who's spoiling the milk, please bring it to our attention (report the post rather than flame the individual).
The really unfortunate thing is that bad trades are really just the nature of the beast. Threads like the PIF will always bring out people who take advantage, but hey, there are also quite a few who follow through with their word and make it that much better for everyone else involved.
Wert - Since you created this thread, you're officially in charge of policing it, too. I'll PM you a few details in a sec.

Thanks for making that clear. I understand your position and I made this thread just to call out on the tankers who were not keeping the end of the deal up. The http://www.hisstank.com/forum/general-discussion/219094-free-stuff-pay-forward-lounge.html thread that Daveviper started was to keep a positive and morale type of gig going on. As for the ones who thought they could grab stuff, say they put stuff up and totally not live up to their end of the bargain, I want them to know that they are in the spotlight and that people will know not to do business with them. This wasn't designed to bash anyone, just to let all what's going on.

More or less, if anyone has a problem with any tanker who does not live up to their end of the bargain. Bring it here. But have the posts to prove the bad trade, not just flaming the person with no proof. With that being said, if the parties who are the offenders have anything to say, answer the people you owe things to. The Tank is a place to hang out, talk Joes, trade Joes and parts, not a place to cause problems. This is suppose to be fun.

Hopefully though there wont be any more names posted in this thread. This is one of those threads that I hope doesn't grow.
Well I guess Ill post my issue here....
I never recieved my Wave 13 Firefly I 'won' from sparks007.
Its been over three weeks since I 'won' it, and after about three messages to him...and him ignoring me.....I hadent heard back from him until today. In his PM ...he basically says he has had some bad trades/deals lately, and will not mail out my item at this time, because of that. WTF!? I have NOTHING to do with his other deals. He should honor his commitment to me. The whole point of the Pay it forward thread is to "give to give". Just my 2 cents....

I have been busy with a lot of home renovation and landscaping the last two weekends and his box got buried by junk & some wood.
I found it this morning.
Its going out tomorrow.

I did not realize there was a Time limit on sending out the Free items. The Glow in the Dark Zombie Viper parts are still in the quque to ship out next time I make it to the Post Office (sometime this week)
As for holding parts Ransom, ZombieViper1 inquired about the Free parts, as well as ordering other Cast parts. I asked him if he wanted me to ship the free parts out on their own, or to ship them with the "order he was going to place"
I also explained that because I'm not a Retail operation, and don't run a regular Casting store I prefer an order minimum of $20 ...It's not worth my time to sell $1 items that cost $4 to ship, and require a trip to the Post Office (30 min)
Sorry if my communication was unclear or my free items haven't been shipped expediently enough.

I think you have to shoot C.I.A.D a pm he can modify the post he made in here with all the names of the bad traders. I think its on page 1 in this thread.

Firefly, dont remember his whole name but the guy from PR seems like he is making right on his promises. He sent me a dc number and it indeed is real. As soon as the box comes and I confirm its actually what he says it is I will post a picture. He seems like a alright guy as long as he is true to his word.

But you have never actually given away anything in the thread. I call shenanigans sir. Lol.
40 pages long (this thread) and only 4 bad deals having gone down, but with 2 resolved. Not bad for a thread that is over 20,000 pages long (PIF thread) for the most part there are a lot of good honest people on the tank.
