What is the name of this Estrela figure?

I can't seem to find any records of the name of this particular Estrela figure on the right. I have checked YoJoe and YoJoe Brazil but they do not have any information about this. Does anyone know what is the name of this figure? Is this a prototype?

That figure is from Mexico and was packaged with the Mexican Mauler MBT. Very cool figure! I only know of 6 of those in collectors hands.

Drew hit the nail on the head! Both of those are Mexican figures. The clutch/rock n roll was a vehicle pack in that uses random parts(not sure if each vehicle had a specific random driver or if various figures could have been packaged with a vehicle, I was under the impression of the latter). I was actually going to bid on that lot, but it went for more than I wanted to pay(not a bad price though, just a lack of $ here). BTW, if you want a mexican mauler for your figure, lmk, I got tons of contacts in Mexico
