Sorry if this is old news, but this code doesn't work like it should with ALL items. I ordered a few things, separately I might add (with free shipping and 20% off, it didn't matter to me if the orders were separate). I ordered the Pyramid DVD pack and the total included free shipping and the 20% discount. When my order shipped today and I was charged, they added on the shipping. I called the 800 number and they said that it was happening to others and that free shipping didn't work on all orders, even though it showed free shipping when I placed the order. His "solution" was to return the items when they arrive. He did say that the vehicles I ordered showed no shipping charge, but so did the DVD pack before it actually shipped. You all might want to check your orders. I don't know about you, but the free shipping was a determining factor in placing the orders. Anyway, just a heads up.

Check your order confirmation email. It specifically shows what the total charges are (shipping, tax, item, etc) and this is what should be charged to your credit card.

If it shows a shipping charge on your order email than you paid for shipping. If it shows no shipping charge but just the item charge + tax and the free shipping and 20% discount this is what you should have been charged.

If there is a difference between your order confirmation email and the actual charge than you have a right to dispute it to your credit card company without returning the merchandise.

The guy said there was no one else for me to talk to, but he filled out some report for them to follow up on he said that they will call me tomorrow. They are Hasbro's direct sale toy store and constantly have as much inventory out of stock as in... yeah, not so much...

also, one thing to remember is that when they ship parts of the order separately, they modify the billing per order. so, if your total order was say $100, when all parts of the order are shipped it will total $100, they just may add some of it to shipping for the first part shipped but not charge you anything on the last part if it will exceed the $100. unfortunately, it is one of those things you have to wait and see until your order is shipped entirely.

Hasbro doesn't always charge what the invoice says.

I always double check with my credit card company.

Do you have online access to your credit card statements? You can match your invoice to them to verify the actual charges.

Product was delayed for 3 weeks while they "researched it"

Pre-order was in place for 2 months and was canclled twice with reason "we are out of stock your order was nto cancelled correclty and should have not been processed" even though product stated it was "in-stock" and was orderable.

Email inquiries were never responded to, I had to call and be on hold

I was billed 2 times for the single order and was never refunded the difference on Wave 11 figures. I have an open compalint filled with the Better Business Bureua on this and and still awating resolution on it.

They told me they sent me my Cobra Magnet and I never recieved one even though I show it on my invoice as being charged...Charged for a free sticker ? WTF

All of my wave 11 figures had to be openers as they were mauled, 2 card were torn right down the middle and 4 of the bubbles were crushed. Good thing I had already find nice ones at retail by the time these had shown up weeks later.
