Didn't see a thread on this one. Anyone else here seen this one yet? I've seen it twice now and I gotta say, it's one of best and most clever horror films I've seen in the last few years. Don't want to say too much but I highly recommend it to other horror fans out there.

I saw it last weekend and loved it. First time in a long time I've gone to a movie and feel like I've gotten full value (both my time and money) out of a movie.
No spoilers here, but I recommend everyone sees this.

I too saw the movie, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad I didn't bet on Merman, right guys? Lol ;)

I friend of mine saw it and couldn't recommend it enough. I trust his taste in movies. But, with the summer movie season coming up, I may not have a chance.

We have a theatre that plays movies that are winding down around these parts and admission is a little less than normal. Maybe there is a theatre like that around your neck of the woods, sharky. It may not be too late! Never give up, lol!

Thanks for the tip. It's really more of a time thing, though. I just find it hard to have a good block of time to see a movie. When I do, I usually end up seeing a "must see" movie before considering seeing something I'm casually interested in.

Yeah, I hear you bro. Time is of the essence. Your friend is right though. This movie is totally sick. The entire end of the movie sequence is must see, as in: you MUST SEE it, lol! Nah, you can probably just wait for the DVD. Just kidding, go see this movie, you'll be glad you did.

This is one of those movies that I highly recommend watching in theaters if you can. I haven't been able to say that about a horror film in quite some time.

Just saw it and loved it.
That was the coolest Werewolf I have ever seen in a movie.

He was my favorite character!
Not only does it deserve the theater experience but go in blind - no spoilers, reviews, anything. The less you know, the more you will enjoy it.
With that being said, I wouldn't stay in this thread if you haven't seen it. Eventually something will spill.
Can we talk about spoilers if we put a huge honking SPOILER WARNING tag up or make the font black? It's been out a couple weeks now.

I saw it and found it more funny than anything else the company behind all the horror monsters was the funniest
Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford were hilarious together. I'm hoping for some of that type of Whedon-esque dialog and interaction from the Avengers.
Spoilers:
One of my favorite scenes was the party celebrating victory while REO Speedwagon played, and in the background video monitors showed Dana getting her ass handed to her by one of the Buckners.
Here's a still of the white board so people can pick thier favorite creature:

Hey Beam, thanks for the link, I was trying so hard to read that board in theater.
My favorites were Witches, then Sexy Witches
Yeah it was hard to process everything when you first see the boad in the movie. My eye keyed in on Angry Molesting Tree. It made me laugh. So did Whitford's, "Oh come on!"
Oh, and Kevin is supposed to be a mild mannered, plain looking fellow who is a sadistic serial killer. I imagine something similar to Elijah Woods character in Sin City.

What I didn't get was the Puzzle Ball and the guy who was a blatant Hellraiser/Pinhead rip-off, he just didn't seem to fit in.
But yeah, lots of stuff made me laugh in that movie, that's why I love Joss Whedon, he never takes himself too seriously.

I loved this movie. Read the script months ago and couldn't wait for it. I had to pick up the Visual Companion book after seeing it which has some great behind the scenes info, interviews and awesome photos of many of the different types of monsters.
