Over at Fighting118th.com we have an exclusive sneak peek at Falcone's upcoming wave 1 gun assortment. I posted it today, here's snippet from our reviewer Fogger1138:
I was fortunate enough to be given review copies of some of Falcone’s upcoming 1:18th scale weapon releases. You may have seen him posting in the forums Here He’s making some 1:18th scale weapons that we haven’t seen yet, to provide some variety for customizers and those who like to outfit their figures with different gear. My understanding is that currently he plans on making these available at a cost of $1 per weapon.
You can read the full review as well as view the 50+ photos at the link below:

think of it like a prototype. The final product may be slightly altered. Fogger talks about more in the review.

So I believe Falcone said these would be available in Fall of this year, correct?
I can't wait for these. Nice write up on these protos, MW.

The review copies are castings of the Shapeways prints and are made of resin. Some of the models have since been slightly modified, and the final production parts will be plastic.

Hopefully midsummer!

Summer is the plan.
Thanks but the only real credit I can take is publishing it and arranging the photos... Fogger did the actual reviews and write ups... I'm a Boss like that :)

I just now saw the replies to my question and thank you for clarifying the release date for these. Also, thanks to Fogger for the images/write up.
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm pretty stoked on these and definitely plan to get more than a couple when they are ready.

No Problem!
Falcone gave an update on Fighting18th yesterday and said to expect them in the next few weeks!!

I'm glad to have two sources for well-crafted after-market weapons, and I'm very impressed with that G36C.
Speaking of which, Monkeywrench, the Marauder's G36 that you posted in comparison is the "Recon" Rifle based on the standard A2 model, not the C model. The Marauder version is the "Commando" rifle.

Even I have no clue about actual guns, those look like they could shred the ass off of a donkey in no time.

Again, MW didn't do the review or photos, I did. And I was aware of that, but it's the one I had handy.

I'll take sixty of the G36Cs :) .
If the final products look as good as the prototypes these should be very popular.

I agree. I have heard nothing but great things about this first wave and I'm expecting great things from Falcone.
Thanks but I didn't do the actual review or photo's. I'm a member of the news staff at fighting118th.com and all I really did was publish the story and play around with the formatting. The real credit goes to Fogger1138. He did all the leg work and got me the info and photo's. Also a big thanks goes to Falcone too, for letting us get a sneak peek!

Just to clarify one thing. I hope to have samples in about a week. The final product is still 4-8 weeks out.

Looks good. Will the final product be cleaned up with no left over type plastic from the molds?
