Anyone have a Young Indiana Jones figure ? crazy idea for a billy custom

I just saw this figure on ebay and was wondering if anyone has it and have they tried to make a Billy out of it, or a genric Cobra Youth. Was also wondering how tall it is next to a 25th/ME/ROC/POC/30th figure.

Snakeeyes0217 (http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-customs-finished-projects/41600-billy-son-cobra-commander-cobra-youth-uniform.html#post752072) made an awesome one way back using that Indy fig.

The figure itself is 3 3/4".
