Thought about making an updated duke, with a simple headswap on a 25th duke body with a POC duke head. ended up doing a bit more than I started out with haha.

That's a great start to a fantastic update. I agree, the head alone would have been enough for me but getting rid of those lower arms & doing something with actual wrist articulation was a good idea. Can't wait to see the end result.
