Anyone ever try vacuforming joe vehicles?

Hi everyone, got a quick question: Has anyone ever tried vacuforming 1/32nd scale model jets or other vehicles for use with Joe figures? (I know the figures are 1/18th, but the skystriker and other aircraft are actually about 1/32nd.)

I bought a 1/32nd Revell F-15 the other day and it's just barely too small to use with joe figures. I thought maybe vacuforming the parts might add enough bulk/size to make it useful for the joes. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
