I got this Idea from someone who made the suggestion in my skull casts thread. I took a wax cast of the montezuma skull and waxed in eyes and a prominent brow, I also defined the teeth a bit more. I wish my camera took better closeups to show off the detail.
I then made a quick mold and cast it in red plastic. I also made a cast of Vogel's hat from the Indy line. I was going to make his cigarette and holder, but I'm sure Hasbro won't do it when they put out there version. Just need to refine the body and paint him. LMK what you think. Thanks Ryan

I plan on putting Wolverine in the Joe ranks whenever those Marvel 4" figures come out. :)
I say bring on more Marvel-as-Joes/Cobras customs. Awesome job!
They're technically part of the "Marvel Verse", while not the same continuity. Better than Mr. Trakker. Grrr.

Unless you use the two streneous connections (one of which was mentioned in the old Marvel letter page)
GI Joe (Marvel), Crossed-over with Transformers (Marvel), Which crossed over with Spider-man... who is part of Earth 616! TADA!
Also Jameson appeared in one issue of the comics.
But yeah... I'd love to see more marvel customs myself... hmm wonder if I can make Spider-woman? They probably won't make her in toy form cause she was a skrull ever since she got her powers back (LAME!)

Go to Polytek.com there is a mold making DVD on their front page. I've never seen it, but I'm sure it has lots of info and the price is reasonable.
Also when my website is back up I will have a simple how to tutorial on headcasts. Hope this helps. Ryan
