First, I would like to say Fallout 3 is a great game check it out ASAP.
Secondly, are there any 6-9 inch hulks around?
Heres some ideas for some Capital wasteland thugs and mutants

Ghouls everyones sewer rat! Zombie viper or the Rex head and cut wig!
Any body most preferably the torn shirt SE

Super mutants! Hulk painted yellow simples!
Road pig kinda weapons for this big guy

Super mutant behemoth, 6-9 Inch hulks!
1/18TH trolleys for his backpack thing

Vault suit. ROC Deep six, use the chest outline to paint yellow and paint the black into blue. headswap needed.

Talon company! Wraith chest armor SS arms (sleeveless Roc)
Any legs with POC Cobra viper shin and feet.

Raiders! Use Dreadnoks or gung hos. assorted wierd armor.
Broken armour or broken weaponry, sawed offs stuff like that

Thats about the ones I will be doing any other FO3 fans want to try this?

I'd be surprised if this hasn't been done yet. I was just looking at halo figs in Target the other day and thinking they could make some sweet power armor.

The giant robot would be neat in 1/18th. I can't remember its name though.

I loved FO3 the first go around, but it's soooooo much more fun the 2nd time around using the cheats to equip the secret weapons and tinker around with it in general. I have yet to buy FO:NV but i think i will in another month or two.

I think the custom ideas covered thus far have been pretty good. so good that I'm tempted to try my hand at one.

I took a look and a Tanker has done Fawkes our intelligent super mutant companion! Useing the Frost giant body from THOR line of figures he succesfully made a great Super mutant! I will certainly try this one!
