The box Art is not complete obviously because the jets aren't completed yet BUT once they are the appropriate jet will be inserted in replacement of the Skystriker II image. That's there just for placement.

YES these will come complete with boxes ;-)

Well they dont make an F-15, I cant get my hands on 3 SU-27's, BUT Starscream was featured as an F-22 in the movies and all 3 in the comics.

So for a modern jet with a classic look we've gone to the F-22 for ONLY these 3 classics.

I assume that means you don't like it. Personally I never liked them as F-14's.... that's reserved for Jetfire.

I was joking as they had been F-15s in the cartoon (??), we've been building F-14 / Skystriker TFs, and now you have F-22s. :)

I guess they could jump around jet model wise? BB went from a '70s Camaro to a new one? (and actually from a VW Bug, to a Camro, and then a new Camaro? :))

Hey I dunno BUT I absolutely LOVE BB as a kick ass Camaro. I was never a fan of VW Beetles, so as a kid I didn't like him lol. Now however I love him!! I think he's my favorite Autobot in present times. :-)

The F-22 Raptors are sick jets, they've got attitude written all over them, and since Starscream was an F-22 in the movie AND all 3 are F-22's in the comics I went that route. It's different, everyone's doing the F-14 now cause Hasbro made the SDCC Starscream that way. Remember Slywarp in particular is extremely fast, has cloaking capability, is a master marksman, and has a murderous meanstreak in him. He's Starscream's cousin so I'd think it safe to assume they'd take similar forms. Disregard Skywarp's picture in jet form... the write up you are about to read is from the journal of an under cover Autobot in some more recent rendition of the Transformers..... BUT this is the Skywarp I must say is my favorite Decepticon to date.

This is a pretty boss idea. I've been searching for another exosquad valkyrie (I know I butchered that) fighter to paint up like Jetfire. I have one, but I want to have it intact, and repain a second one. Just my own weird collecting peccadillo...

Thanks Zoomie! All 3 original Seekers are F-22's in the comics and also have different markings.

So I'm combining the old with the new. They'll have the classic G1 color scheme and markings on an updated airframe.

IF THEY EVER MAKE AN F-15 you can bet I'll make accurate G1 Joe Tramnsformers Crossovers out of them.

Today's update:

It's REALLY nice out here in NY so painting has continued on Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp.

The nose cones were masked off and painted and are drying as we speak. Tomorrow will be masking off the Engine intakes for Starscream and Thundercracker, Starscream getting a RED Paint scheme just like G1 and Thundercracker will be getting Silver, just like Skywarp.

After that it's all about getting the decals from Cobrastickers.... once they're in stock again. Just checked STILL sold out. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I would have preferred to use SU-27 Flankers, because they at least have a similar wing and Engine design BUT oh well.

It's ok the big 3 are F-22's in the comics so it isn't soooo far off

UPDATES!

Well painting is coming along nicely, haven't taken photos of the rear exhaust ports yet but will. SKYWARP has some of the markings on his Intakes unlike the others BUT they'll get theirs tomorrow.

This is pre-mock stage. Thoughts?

Oh the F-35? Yeah that's be cool. Smaller Jet then the F-22.

It's dubbed the world's most expensive plane. Truthfully I don't know if I believe it is worth the money to produce them considering they are War Machines that are obviously a target to be blown to bits.

Drives me nuts. Even without the F-35 and F-22 we have the most dominant Air Forces in the world, that is all of our Military Air Superiority combined.

HELL just ONE of our Aircraft Carriers has a larger and more superior Air Squadron then most country's entire Air Force. That in itself is sick!
