Don't they have illegal immigrants to worry about? Seriously I'm way more concerned about them then trolls. I can put trolls on my ignore list. Can't do that to the illegals around here.

Impossible to enforce, trolling can mean nearly anything, just coming on this thread and saying "yeah get those trolls" can be considered trolling.
Also they can't enforce anti-spam laws what makes them think anyone can enforce this, plus this would be a state law, which would have no effect to a poster from outside the state.
Totally useless

Attention whore crybabies are pathologically incapable of using the ignore feature.

Lol, I know, right? But the way I read the article, the bill was aimed more at cyber bullies that could potential drive someone to suicide and cyber stalkers than it was the type you see on a toy forum.

Wish theyd go back to enforcing the alien laws instead of this stupid shit. I have a feeling some liberal getting flamed over illegal aliens got their panties in a wad.

Trolling needs to be legally recognized as an art form intended for pure entertainment purposes. I'm surprised there isn't a reality show yet called 'Trolling'.
yeah get those trolls
Oh wait... SHIT.

People who commit suicide due to cyber bullying don't deserve to live.
