So, as I am trying to grab some lunch at my favorite Jamaican place I come across a full parking lot with this exception. I don't condone vandalizing anyone's car for any reason. That's a super b!$ch thing to do. But, I can see how it can happen. To be fair the stripes are pretty worn out, but it's clear that he's almost halfway over into the next space.

How do you know he chose to park like that and there werent other cars parked screwed up before him and he was forced to park like that, then the others leave, leaving him to look like the asshat? Thats happened to me before. Dont be so quick to judge.

The strips, although not very visible on the pic can be seen in real life when parking. He's clearly way over. Of course he's covering over one of them as well.

Plus, even if another car on his left was parked way over, he could have parked on the space on the right that he's already halfway over on in the first place. For him to be forced to park like that the spot where the SUV is would have had to have been parked way over to the BMW's right. The more likely scenario is that he simply didn't feel like correcting himself after he pulled in wrong.

I drive a shitty honda civic, so I would cram my car right up in there. I didnt force him to pay $40,000 for a car so he felt he had to park that way. Anyway I think alot of people who drive expensive cars sometimes think they deserve more parking lot, more road and more of many other things. I had a guy almost hit me the other day in an expensive car. I bet he shit himself when I almost drove my car up his ass. But see I also road rage pretty bad. Maybe my PTSD...When people see my car they think some pimply teenager is driving it. Then I pry my way out of it and they change their tune. Sorry had to rant. If you dont want your car hit park far away so you dont have to park this way. Most people will take caution and not hit your car. Anyway I'm through.

One time a guy(or gal) was parked over on my passenger side. I was still able to fit, but I'll be dammed if the driver didn't have to get in through his/her passenger side of their car. :D

I do stuff like that, rather than key cars, although I've definitely keyed a car in my day. It's super childish, and admitting I've done that is almost embarassing. But we're talking about this on a toy site, so it's ok, right?

When I was a teen age llama I drove a pretty crappy car (like most kids that had to pay for their own car did). I was parked at store I worked at and when I went out on break to take a ride there was someone that parked a brand new Beamer about 3" from my drivers side door. So, I opened up the passengers side door, slid my ass across the vinyl seat and proceeded to mule kick my drivers door open.

I know how you feel sir.

Not sure about all that. I mean if one believes in an eye for an eye, then keying them doesn't seem justified unless they had damaged your car first. I just try to inconvenience them as much as they inconvenience me due to their selfish attitude.

Don't key his car, you can be sued for that. Piss on his driver side handle.

One thing that annoys me is if I'm trying to take care of my car and I want to avoid door dings, I'll purposely park way out all by myself. But, wouldn't you know it, when I get back there's somebody parked right next to mine with plenty of spaces all around. WTF, is that all about?

And, for the record, I still park within my stripes even if I'm parked way out there.

Someone trying to piss you off I guess. Or they're thinking the same thing you are.

I came across a Mercedes parked like that a few days ago, but the spot next to the drivers side was empty. So i parked with about a half an inch between our side view mirrors...

I just park towards the back of the lot where there are more spaces. I dont shoot for rockstar anymore. The possible door dings arent worth it. What kills me is when i come out of the store, my once lonely car is surrounded on all sides by people who arrived after me. That freaks me out.

It happens to you too, huh? I guess I'll never know what that is all about. Is it that some people just want to follow and never lead, or something to that effect?

When I smoked I would just toss my butt onto their windshield wipers to melt them a little. Since I don't smoke anymore I just hock a solid loogie onto their door handles.

Or pick up a dog turd (fresh is better) with a plastic bag and smear a healthy amount under the door handle so that it can't be seen, be sure to clean any off the superficial surface.

People that take up two spots don't irritate me like those who park without consideration to the cars next to them by parking inches away from the Driver's side door. This is extremely infuriating when the reason they parked that way was so that they had ample room to get out on their driver's side.

I don't think there is ever a good reason to key someone else's car against their will. I certainly wouldn't want my car to get keyed that is for sure. I also think it is wrong to intentionally take up 2 spots, but you never know. What if there was a person there before that car forcing that person to park like that, or what if the driver wasn't very skilled and they parked like that on accident? I don't know. For me, I guess I just try to not let stuff like that bother me, but I can totally see what you are saying and why you would feel that way.

I used to hate that too until one day I was like "That's dudes a di... Dammit..." It was someone who had a handicapped passenger and needed the extra space to help get them in and out of the car/wheelchair and the other handicapped spots were taken.

i see people with new sports cars parking diagonal taking up all 4 spots on both sides of the lot. when i had my shitty old bronco, i used to park so close to the driver door, they would have to crawl in from the passenger side. one guy waited for me and started yelling at me. i put my bags in the truck and dropped my tail gate and sat there with a smile. he tried telling me to move and i told him to move cause he was parked to close to me lol. i sat there and watched him crawl through the passenger side laughing.

I already deduced that the guy most likley had 2 spaces available to him since he was so far over into the other space. It is very unlikely that 2 cars on either side of him was so far over as to force him in that position. And, the plate was not handicapped nor was there a tag hanging from the review mirror.

Besides, I get this crap at home. I don't need even more aggravation when I'm trying to get lunch. This is what I came home to today coincidentally. LOL!http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac164/therealsharky/a17b54c6.jpg

It should have been parked here.

I have a bigger issue with non handicapped people taking the handicap spots than people who take up 2 spaces out in the ass end of the lot.

I think everyone has an issue with people who do that. I've only seen semi's park way out in the back of the parking lot not to inconvenience anyone.

There definitely seems to be a gender bias when it comes to destruction of property. There was a popular Carrie Underwood song that was touted as an anthem for scorned women everywhere, in which she sang about "taking a Louisville Slugger to both headlights". I believe tire slashing was also mentioned. It was on the radio and very popular quite a while. However, if a man made the same song he would probably be called a psychotic stalker or something.

You also hear about women setting a mans possessions on the lawn, and setting them on fire, and people laugh about it. If that were done to a woman's wardrobe I'm sure it be perceived much differently.

i did to a guy's range rover years ago. he had worked at my older brother's record store and stole 500 from the cash register the day he quit. he left town that day, but i saw his car a few months later and got it good. the best part was seeing the same rover a month later, seeing he had fixed the scratch, and hitting it again. no remorse.

I heard a comedian say one time that if somebody used their finger to write "wash me" in the dust on your dirty car, then you should take a key and scratch "paint me" on their car.

By my house when visitors of my neighbors come by and take up my space in the street I've been known to put up notes on their windsheild with obesenities like "Move your f***car you mother f***"

it feels good.
