Ideas for a Guitar Wolf custom figure

Guitar Wolf is the world's greatest "Jet" Rock n Roll band, straight out of Japan. There are no toys of them, but I would love to somehow put together a custom figure of the lead singer, Seiji. He's the guy in the middle of the pic below. Any ideas about any figures out there that would serve as good base, the head, the trademark wrap-around sunglasses, etc? Any help would be appreciated. Guitar Wolf were a great band so don’t get me wrong, I ‘grew up’ listening to them but why does Teengenerate never get attention? Back in the early 90’ THEY were THE Japanese band followed by GW. Anyway, cool idea for figures. I have no ideas to help :)
