So this is news worthy, but a J Scott Campbell sketch going for almost $900 doesn't. Makes sense.

i idraw...and people say im good but in reality i was "ok" whien i was doing it ALL the time, now i mostly write as im better at that and my skills arent quite what they were (focusing on writing as i am and now spending a GREAT deal of my time hacking up joes for customs) that said...I know what im looking at and what great art should be and I seriously wish I could have THIS GUY illustrate my fan fic (or that i could write for a comic hes slinging ink for). AMAZING!!!!

Meh. I was never a fan of J Scott Campbell's stuff. In fact, the only thing I dislike about the volumes IDW put out is his artwork on the covers of the first several.

How does she get her left arm to fly behind her like that, while still managing to crane her neck so her entire head is seen while basically doing a backflip?

this was supposed to be in response to the Campbell auction, not the Atkins piece. I swear there was a quote in my reply originally.
