They where to be the elite squad that Cobra Commander would push The Joe team to thier breaking point. They where to cleanse the world and set ablaze a new dawn for Cobra. Selected from their individual rank and file units to be the answer to GI Joe. their selection was to mirror the creation of the original 13 GI Joe unit... they put up the greatest fight the Joe Squad ever delt with to that point. These where the first 3 members of this elite squad, Guillotine, Gallows and Grimskull.

Gallows:
Gallows gets a rush from inflicting as much terror into a person as possible, one explicit reason he joined the SAW-Viper ranks to begin with. He knows the reputation, the infamou legend behind the actions of "Overkill" Skelton and how the Joe team reacts to it. After the squad initial disbandment he readopted the SAWViper purple vest to remind those that may have forgotten he intends to be Judge Jury and Executioner to all those that cross his path.
Bayonette hates him, due to constant threats/teasing that a stray round could easily ravage his delicate life support system, and with Gallows accuracy and inhumane tendancies, easily make it a reality.
construction:
head torso - shipwreck
forearms and hands - sigma strike duke
lower legs - zartan
helmet - paraduke
gattling gun - heavy duty

Grimskull:
Even before his indoctunation into the Plague, Grimskull had a villianous reputation within the Cobra corps. As a rank and file trooper he was with The Interrogator when he, Mindbender and Destro where combing the tombs of the world for the genetic material to create Serpentor. years later he was COIC of a quad of SandVipers and was to raid a research facility for live samples for bioweapon testing, he sacrificed his squad for those live samples he needed. Heresay among the squad is that he even infected himself with one such trial, that has left his face contorted into a sort of deathmask... a possible rumor he started himself. Among his time in Cobra he has taken a paticular liking to tombraiding, he preffers the simple phrase, graverobbing, after the events of WW3 he revisited many of the spots he originally visited looking for artifacts and armor pieces known to have belonged to a namadic raider who called himself the Scorpion, he found similar elements in the tomb of the Dark Ninja Master Sei-Tin. He was last known to be stalking three specific Joe team members for their links to artifacts of interest. Spearhead is thought to have the spear of Ahkmen-Ra, Sgt Stone is said to know of a family heirloom that is tied to the tomb of The Scorpion, and Kamakura posseses the twin sabre sword that supposedly split the soul of Sei-tin from his body originaly

Guillotine:
Former US Navy Seal, rose through the ranks of the Cobra EEL program. His efficient, cold calculating manner caught the attention of many early in his career. Cobra Commander hand picked him and Blackout to assemble his answer, his version of the original GIJoe team. What began as two teams HISS and Plague whould later be merged once Firefly was sourced for the Pheonix project. He lead a squad on an extraction mission, the target, Destro and Baroness' newborn child, secondary was to cleanse all those in the hospital. Two recruits showed hesitation in the field and had to be delt with. Blackout handled Rip-it shooting him in the knee and choking him out before tossing him out of the transport with no parachute, naturally Guilltine felt the need to put his signature touch on Skycreeper, he ran his blade to the hilt through his heart and kicked the theif out of the plane. Guilotine has been scouring the world reassembling his squad with promisses to rebuild and make sure the team is more resolute in their dedication. He has mentioned he has already started training with Velocity so that he doesn't ever try to run from battle again.
Construction:
Head - snakeeyes v1, jungle snakeyes dive mask
torso legs- Destro v1 + Lt Stone disguise portion
forearms and hands - shockwave
smg - firefly
sword - shipwreck + parts from Arachnar Skeleton Warriors figure

Blackout is not known for his patience, he is known for his singular drive and hatred of GIJoe. Both of his younger sibling easily made marks enough to join America's Elite, however the eldeset of the Stall fell from grace during a training mission that nearly cost the lives of every member of the squad. Since he joined Cobra as a GIJoe washout he has had to prove himself to every single commander he has encountered. He was first resourced out of the rank and file for a special urban strike team called HISS serving with Firefly, Municia and Ghostbear along side a unit of Alleyvipers. Shortly after it's formation HISS was disbanded, Firefly was to enter his role with otheer highranking officers to infiltrate GIJoe. Cobra Commander had another task for him, seeing his potential for growth as a leader he was paired with an EEL commander to put together an inexpendible strike team. Using the specialties and strengths that the Original 13 joe team members personified his unit was assembled. Blackout has no tollerance for failure, especially from himself. The mission must be completed, no matter the cost, no matter the sacrifice. During the events of WW3 he even targeted his own civilian family, not just his brother BarrelRoll, as a symbol of his devotion to Cobra.
Bodybags has always operated within the school of thought to work smarter not harder. While he is well aware of his role as infantry, recon and doorkicker, he takes it upon himself to be the groups true strategist. He often holds and air of arrogance and nihilism, it's as if his entire career with Cobra has been based on boredom. Bodybags grew tired of the "rubbermask" ridicule as a member of the Range-viper corps, he had a helmet made by ScrapIron that he feels is more useful... it's bulletproof. Bodybags often speeks out that the Plague should not act as a unit but rejoin the rank and file of their origins ans corrupt their thinking into leading by examlpe, where there are a meer dozen troops they could operate as legion.
Bayonette hates most of his teammates. His need for a lifesupport system has made him a target among the other members of his team. However his mistrust of them is only eclipsed by his hatred of the GIJoe cold weather troopers, one of whom he blames for his condition. He spends most of his time scouring intel logs tring to narrow down which team member it was the shot him in the heart. According to Interrogator he has narrowed it to SubZero, Stalker and DeeJay.. and he hopes it wasn't the latter as he has already died in battle. As his name suggests Bayonette has an obsession with bladed instruments, among the team iit is theorized that he could best Incision where it not for his constant guarding of his support module.

If there was a 8 Inch Scale ARAH Classics Line to be made , you should be part of the design team for sure.
I like the idea of jungle tracker, I might see what else to add for that idea...
