Ok, I was going to Ask if anyone knew if the Arashikage Clan Tattoo was a real symbol or was just "made up" But, I googled it and found this...
"Uniform and symbol
Members of the Arashikage clan wore a tattoo on their right forearm, which is the ba gua symbol for 'water' and 'fire', representing the 63rd hexagram of the I Ching. Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow were first depicted to have the tattoo in their first battle at the Silent Castle."[2]
[edit]
So that answers that.
I was thinking about getting the tattoo myself...
does anybody have it?
Does anyone have anymore info to add to this?

In the particular arrangement of water over fire, the meaning becomes "already forded" or "already completed." Browse Hexagrams from the I-Ching, or Book of Changes (http://www.tarot.com/oracle/browsehexagrams.php?hexid=63)
I've got it on my left shoulder. A slightly less conspicuous spot than on my forearm, considering my desk job and penchant for wearing golf shirts in the summer.
I also have a vinyl decal on my car of it.

I always thought that if I got a tattoo, the Arashikage Clan symbol on my forearm would be the way I would go.
Unfortunately I too have a desk job in a corporate environment so it is kind of a no-go for me. I would love to see pics of other peoples tattoos though!

I had mine done on my right shoulder way back in like 02 I think. I was a skinny guy growing up so it would of looked awful on my forearm and I remember in one of the comics Snake Eyes wears a combat suit with his clan logo on his shoulders. I think its in the Devils Due publication, when Serpentor comes back to life and has like 9 little boys cloned after him. Anyway I got the idea to do it on the shoulder instead and now that im into my 30s and no longer a skinny punk it still looks good.

I got mine just above my right wrist in 2000. You'd be surprised how many people ask "is that a brick wall?" One lady asked if it was a birthmark.

Hey, I'm planning on getting this pretty soon on my inner right forearm. Can anyone tell me how much it might cost? I know it won't be the same price everywhere, I'm just looking for a ballpark estimate. Thanks in advance

Thanks guys. One more question, do you think it would look better at 2.5"x4.0" or 2.5"x4.5"? I'm leaning toward 4 but I can't decide
