Anyone still use a different SS as their go too for like dios,etc even though they have a renegade SS? If so which which one and why? I have two but still go to the HOH SS. There is just something about him that I like better. The REN SS is a awesome figure by far though.

I just dont really find a guy dressed in all white very useful. Good for display with Cobras but my verse is not so Sunbowish or Marvelish. I wish there was a SS head with just a do rag. That would be my default.

The Renegades SS is an awesome figure, right up there with Lowlight.

That said, I prefer the v1 25th SS, and the v2 SS (camo) is my current desk display SS.

HOH is still my classic default.

ROC PP SS is my modern "neutral" version of the character.

Retaliation version will probably be my "ultimate" version. Love the costume.

I don't have a REN SS loose.

I wish that desert one was released. It was badass. I do like the Retalliation one as well. We'll see I may change. It'd be nice if there was an SS that was in some sort of useful camo pattern.

Storm Shadow is my second favorite character, so I have every version released since the 25th line started up to Renegades(and will get every Retaliation version released). Have every pre 25th version but only the "first time mold used", not the multiple repaints of some of the versions.

I feel the same way. The constant Snake Eyes saturation never bothers me, 'cause fourteen times out of fifteen it's an awesome figure, so I can just kitbash the hell out of them and put together all manner of night ops badasses and the like.

Whenever a new Storm Shadow is released, however, it's like, "Hmm, what can I do with the white-clad ninja this time?"

Exactly. I wished so bad the POC SS you pictured above was a different color. I would have troop-built him if he was in black or purple or something. Same thing with Scarlett. Painting hair is easy enough, but for us lazy bastards, it seems GIJoe employs nothing but ginger women.

Ha ha, too true. The faces are at least distinct from one Scarlett to another, but it does start to seem odd when you have a platoon of redheaded women. And she's nearly the only option; I have and adore and offer place of pride to Helix, but aside from her, what modern females do we have to choose from, really? I failed to find a way to make RoC Cover Girl viable, and the Baronesses tend to look like Cobras, naturally, added to which they're as similar to one another as are the various Scarletts...

I haven't found a Renegades Storm Shadow, but I'm still content with my all white comic pack storm shadow with 25th storm shadow's web gear. Looks like the original ARAH figure to me. All White with minimal Black and Silver, and a Red Cobra Insignia.

Im working on a custom Americas Elite version, he will be my go to for Joe SS, as for Cobra I have two, the HOHs one and the renegades one..Nice to finally see another A.E fan I absolutly loved the comic story line and art design. working on the whole line up of customs.

Castle is playmobil. I put any of he MU figures that can pass as part of the clan in with them. Daredevils, hand ninjas, moonnight, hawkeye, Ronin etc. all have a place. To me the different dominant color in their uniform says something about their function and rank within the clan. Black, white, blue, and red all have different specialties.

They still sell that? I use mu in the same way. Hand ninjas are red ninjas and ronin is the leader of the black dragon ninjas. HAwkeye is just arashikage.
