Gi Joe Series 2 no sound?

I finally put in the first dics today of this that i got from Walmart. The previews played with sound the menu played with sound. I tried just playing the first episode of Dragonfire the intro starts and no sound!? I thought well maybe it's just the intro. The episode starts and no sound! I ejected it and tried play all this time, still no sound. Has anyone else had this happen? The disc looks fine no scratches or anything on it, wtf could be wrong? Is just a bad copy?

Ok wtf, i pushed advance and there was sound. But if i just put it in and start the episode no sound. Every other disc has sound soo as the episode starts. Looks like it's just part one of Dragonfire, the second part started with sound.

Mine's perfect so I guess it isn't the mastering that's the problem. More likely your disc.

Although I have to say, even years after the lauch of the format, I still encounter occasional compatability problems with discs (some not recognized, others refusing to play past the layer change etc.). It's rare, but very frustrating when it does happen.

I have the same problem with Millcreek's release of Bravestarr The Complete Series that comes with seven discs but disc 4 doesn't read on any of the three different DVD players that I've tried.

And on disc 6 the very last episode is about 1 minute edited out and abruptly goes back to the main menu, been thinking about selling it used at FYE or Suncoast.
