Tampa Bay Collectors Con TBCC 2012 Info

An all new convention based in the Tampa Bay area, focusing on Collectors. We will have a dealer room, events and guests that cater to the needs and wants of collectors for all things – G.I. Joe,Tansformers, Marvel, DC, Action Figures, Memorabilia, and more.

CONVENTION THEME and AESTHETICS
The consumer theme for the 2012 convention will be G.I. Joe vs. Transformers! Dealers should, to the best of their ability, display at least 50% of their merchandise in GI JOE and/or TRANSFORMERS product. TBCC is a Toy Collectors event, you will not see full tables of comic, cards or DVD's. You will see full tables of Action Figures and toys that span the golden ages of collecting. Marvel Legends, StarWars, G.I. Joe, Ghost Buster, He-man, Sectors, Transformers, Marvel Universe, Voltron, Smurfs, My Little Pony, Power Rangers and many other brands that are in demand.

At a meet a few years back a guy created ” Florida Snake Eyes”. It was a version 2 Snake Eyes with a Chuckles torso. So it was essentially Snake Eyes in a Hawaiian shirt. The bar is set. Question is can you top it? :)

It would certainly be an improvement in several aspects, especially if you drop the tree on his other car, not the Camry lol

Due to the 2012 Republican National Convention taking place in Tampa Bay in August, all of the Hotels have raised their rates 3 fold, so we are still looking for a good location to have the show and keep the Dealer overhead cost down.

More information to come in Late May.

I think we should have it at the same time as the RNC. We could have Romney as our guest to take important questions such as where are the Python Croc Masters and green Blowtorches, will we get a Night Boomer and when will the subscription service start.

Its more than likely going to get pushed out. We still have the NJCC and NYCC to attend this year, plus with the holidays and all that jazz, it may be best to push it back.

We'll work out the details and advise accordingly.
