Billy

Billy Kessler is a fictional character in the comic book series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. He is the son of Cobra Commander, but fights against his father and the forces of Cobra. Learning martial arts under the wing of Storm Shadow, who helps him after a botched attempt on Cobra Commander's life. While still a boy, he loses an eye and a leg when a Cobra operative destroys a car in which he is riding, and after recovering he goes on to become a member of the G.I. Joe team.

I would take either Billy hands down...but would definitely want to see the Storm Shadow trained version. 'Course, I'm making a custom Billy as I speak, so I'll take either!!! Too many damn vipers, anyway.

I'm a huge fan of the early Hama comics, and Billy has never had a figure. I've never been a huge Hydro -viper fan. I think that both the Eel and Cobra diver are concepts that are better executed.

I voted for Billy even though I think Hydro Viper is an awesome figure with his badass monster mask and webbed hand because I think Billy is a more integral part of Joe's mythology.

Billy deserves to be immortalized in plastic, hell with this ninja theme for Retaliation I dont think it would be too hard to throw an eye patch and a fake leg on a pre existing body. But as everyone else stated, either teenager or young adult Billy, not his first appearance.

Hydro-Viper is a priority to lead my EEL team...Billy would be cool in his Cobra Youth outfit with a little revolver and bouquet. Ninja Billy would be even cooler...but better left to customs for now.

Damn this sucks...none of the '88 Vipers are winning. The '88 Cobra lineup is under-represented in the modern line. I'm just picturing how cool Hasbro would do all three if updated in the new line. All 3 would come with a butt-load of accessories.
