with their hair as is, it does not work...but if you give their hair a little trim it would work...

yeah, if there's really any more hair than a bald cobra soldier or flat hair of say Flash or Duke the beret won't work. I found if there's as much hair as Gen Hawk, it might sit okay but doesn't look quite right. But you can shave or cut their hair down if making a display only custom...
