I don't have pics but I have one red logo Trooper, ten silver logo Troopers, one Legion set, two Red Ninjas, and two Officers. At the moment I plan on getting six single carded Air Troopers and maybe six Crimson Guards if I have the money. I also plan to get at least one H.I.S.S. tank and one of each TRU 5-pack when they come out and if I have the money.

Ok i thought i chime in on my army building so far. I will say it's been great doing so, never being able to as a kid. I have 15 cobra troopers, 18 officers, 3 red logo troopers, 3 stinger troops(grey), 3 air troopers. So far. I also have 3 more troopers and officers in package. Might have to open them soon. Can't wait for cg's. Need at least 20 of those. I hope to see vipers and snow serpents.

Well I don't have quite that many, but if I counted the ones I cobbled back together from the left over parts to make the Cobra Troopers I wanted I would be up there. The Yellow does not speak to me, but I dig the Red Masks so I did them myself.

I dont know what Omegawrath had before, but I sold him 24 red logo troopers, 3 officers, 3 stinger drivers, and 3 air troopers, so depending on what he had before, he might be givin Fridge a run for his money ;) Here's a pic of what I had before selling...

Dude... I totally dig those red masks! Thats how Hasbro should release the single-pack Trooper!!!

Well, it is a known fact in the joe community how much my wife HATES GIJOE, so it kills her that our four year old asks me EVERYDAY to play with my TTBP and my 25th ann guys. Funny story actually, my sons and my friend and I went on a toy run to Albany NY yesterday, and i needed a beachhead and buzzer to round out my MOC wall. I found them, and when i got home, i asked Liam(just turned 4) if he wanted to help me put them on the wall. he wanted to carry Buzzer, so i said " I'll carry Beachhead". He surprisingly replied "Thats not Beachhead, daddy, thats Firefly!" It put a HUGE grin on my face, that he knew they were the same mold.....a future Joe nut, i think....

I don't let me sons play with the ones I have out on diplay - mostly because they'll get dropped and the dog will eat them. I have given them some of their own that they play with. Some of these are extras from battle packs but also a few carded.

My Kids (One Boy and one Girl that is 1/2 Girly and 1/2 Tomboy, perfect mix) get their own. It also makes me feel better about the customizing I have been doing as they get the figures I make from the parts I don't use (They could care less about a Trooper with a Silver Logo or a Black Mask and Yellow Gear Just as long as they have them) so they don't go to waste.

He used body doubles for security in the comic. It justifies all the extras nicely. Er, well--some anyway. :confused:

Real life individuals have done the same, so I have a few stand-ins myself. :D

No problem. I love army building and I like looking at others collections, so long as you can actually see the army. Some just don't seem to see the common sense in that.

I am getting married in March, and I know this sounds crazy, but I am actually collecting these guys for the kids I hope to have one day. It has been a good excuse for convincing my bride to be that I need to buy three of everything: one for me to open, one to keep MOC, and one for the future kid when he's old enough. If I do have a son, and he digs Joes I would love to get them all out and have battles with him. One of the reasons I think I still love G.I. He took the time to learn all of their names, and help me hunt for them. He even took the broken ones apart for me a pieced together new figures for me.

My Dad was the one who got all my figures for me. He also used to help me fix the broken ones. He is a dentist, so whenever a joe's thumb would break off, he would put a pin in the hand and cover it with the material they use to make caps and fillings that look like real teeth.

The rebuilding has begun! I'm now back up to 9 boxset Cobra Troopers. I have 8 wave 2 Troopers waiting in the wings (hoping to trade them away for the boxset versions, but if I can't, they're getting busted open!), along with the 6 officers and 5 red ninjas I still have unopened as well.

I'll probably stop at 12 boxset troopers though... building to 26 nearly killed me, and after selling them to Omegawrath, I think I'd better take it easy this time around before I get in over my head again.
