i think i might change the arms to a set of the elite viper arms to match the drawing better. as for the legs, i really have no idea for the boots and i think i would like a knife sheath on the right leg. might go with a green shirt right leg. not sure what to do with the left.

paint is a little ways off. getting a cg fred soon would like the head under the mask to be a fred.

If you are going for as close to the image as you can get, you might try the thighs from Gung Ho. The are pretty darn close to the image.

I know I have seen the something really close to the boots in the image, but cannot place it right now.

i want to hit up raginspoon he has a helmet already cast so i would have to us the vintage one. i plan on using the fred crimson guard head underneath the helmet. hope it will fit but i am also hoping to get a set of gung-ho thighs soon, have the fred head already figured it isn't worth taking pics just yet though. i might have a set in the works but don't know how soon it will happen.

no i haven't got anything from raginspoon yet, i will end up getting a helmet and maybe the armor. i was just letting you know he had that stuff in case you didn't want to save the vintage figure. i think the helmet is cast from the vintage cgi head then hollowed out and recast, but i don't know. i figure is it doesn't work then maybe i will use a different head or maybe i can alter the helmet to fit the fred head, i don't know. i am looking for the 25th gung-ho legs either from the 5-pack or the individual release.

on another note:

i picked up a poc artic destro today and i am thinking about using his torse instead of the removeable armor. what do you guys think?

just so you know. the fred head fits great in the helmet i got. there i a little bit of play but i think it will be just fine!

having a hard time settling on a set of legs for the knees down. as far as the arms down i think a set of the arms from an elite viper would work for the m/e version but i think i would like to go more arah style instead of an updated version.

will post pics early next week of the raginspoon helmet and armor

ok i have a gung-ho and a temple snake-eyes on the way. all i have to do is crack the torso and paint it once i have everything together. wish me luck
