Hey guys, long-time lurker, first-time poster.
I grew up with G.I. Joe. I had a friend who was about a year older than me who got the comics and let me read them second hand, as long as I gave them back to him. So I read all the stories up through #51, when he stopped his subscription to the comics because he was "too old."
That brings me to my current dilemma. With the release of the 25th Joes, the announcement of the movie, and the GI Joe Resolute cartoon, I have gotten all nostalgic. Yeh, from the time I was 14 until 32, I'd watch the occasional cartoon, but no where near the enjoyment of my childhood.
What I have a question about is the comic books themselves. Not someone's review of them. Is there any way to get the books, not concrete copies for me to store in my attic with all my GI Joe stuff, but a way to read them all without having to buy the original comics? Is there a collection of them in book form somewhere or online possibly?
Thanks in advance.
