There are many, many contenders for the title, but I can't think of any that top THAT commercial.


I mean - seriously. It has:

Two jet engines
A drop-down cockpit
A hidden bomb port (Now you know!)
Twin rear guns
A one-man drone

AND it's on the lookout for G.I.Joe!

Didn't really have one until now! Goddam that's a killer commercial.

If I wasn't 8 years old when that commercial came out, I would have been that band's groupy and passed around to all the members to keep those creative juices flowing.

I'll have to look for a favorite later, but I know the one that I hated most: BATTLE FORCE 2000! Just the way the announcer said that made me cringe. He sounded like some David Lee Roth wannabe tribute band singer.

I thought the 1993 live action commercials were entertaining. I remember the actor starring as Duke fought Destro and Cobra Commander. And the costume for the live action Cobra Commander was that god awful one where the face mask was that red color see through.

Destro choking Duke and Destro laughing which the commercial ended at a cliffhanger. Holy crap LOL.

I liked all the Live action commercials for what they were. But the one that I have the best memory of was the one with the Rock Viper and Night Creeper. I had never seen those figures before and that commercial haunted me until I found those guys!

That night raven and apc commercial we're great. What kid wouldn't want those after seeing those commercials. Especially the night raven with all of those features.
