I'm not too keen on the super-muscular build of the figure, but your painting skills are flawless!
Love the shades and the detail (the blueish vein for example). The cobra emblems look great, but if they're handmade then they're just perfect.
And...

... are those lightsabers??? :D

thanks again guys.. the emblems were painted by hand(forehead and belt buckle)..the one on the base I made a template and airbrushed it. I agree about the musclebound anatomy, I wish he had be sculpted normal..but its still bada$$
heres the finished result ..hope you like it

I can't say I'm crazy about the style of the sculpt but your painting is really phenomenal those arms look like living flesh.

To the OP what are you regretting about him being beefy? You think a malnourished ninja is going to be jumping from trees like a cat all nimbly bimbly? Your work is just ........ damn man. I remember you sealing joints on standard size joes and putting paint apps on them but this is on a whole nother level here. TBH this is probably how he would look if he were real. I am sorry but to do ninja stuff you have to have massive upper body strength mainly arms/back. It really looks great man. Seriously.

Thankyou guys! I cant really say I regret how its sculpted, but if I had my choice, he's be muscle-bound, but a bit more realistic. Im still enjoyin doin the action figures too..I just havent had alot of time to do any more lately..Im just diein to work up the Lowlight ..he's my next victim

I think the anotomy is fine, if you look at olympic gymnasts or the top contendors on ninja warrior they have this build. Its pretty much in proportion so it doesn't look big to the point of insufficiency.

Can I ask where you purchased the cast from? I have to say it looks beautiful!! Thats a work of art that would not look out of place on any mantlepiece.

You can really appriciate it all the more seeing the work in progress too!

thanks eddy, I bought it from a member of the clubhouse forum. there were only 50 kits made, which came with a #d COA. these have been long out of production

Beyond amazing! You really have a gift for painting. I'm going to assume this is what you do for living because if it's not the world is an even more fucked up and unfair place than even I could imagine.

This just might be one of the best looking paint jobs I've ever seen done ANYWHERE!

By the way do you have any other works of art to show us?
