Captain America film concept

a lot of people have been saying they don't like the avengers cap suit
I'm kind of on the fence, when Chris was 1st talking about it I had this vision in my head and by the time I saw it..it was far less than what was in my mind.

here is my take on what a movie cap should have looked like...or close to it anyway.
3 quarters of it would likely be rubber and leather..pants would probably be the only cloth..I think doing him this way makes him look a bit more majestic and mesh better with thor and iron man's uniforms.

While I like this version,my biggest beef with the avenger's costume is his helmet. It looks just wrong on and I honestly can't say why. Maybe it's how the cheekbones and eyes are cut out. The first movie was far superior

I hated the Thor stuff until I saw the movie

I thought this alone rocked, I like it MUCH more than I do the new Avengers movie style one, or even the classic Capt one w/ the wings on the head. :(

I can't knock Thor as soon as I saw all the thor costumes I was like damn that is unique looking.I think cap just has too much blue..and it's pretty light and almost generic looking..like a 70s jump suit kinda thing..

I don't think anything really is wrong with the 1st avenger suit but it has it's place..in the WW era I think it is wise to make him modern for avengers however I think they just made some bad choices.
