That looks much BETTER than the single pack one we got last year. The single one, the green is too light compared to the original 13 Joes what we have so far.

Stalker will always be more cool than Duke, though. He's only up to three, anyway, isn't he?

And you'd think they'd take easy routes like Grand Slam with his original pads, Falcon Pilot Grunt, or VAMP II Clutch...

just swap his hands with the single pack one and you have a PERFECT Stalker.

The Jet Pack design is cool, but I have no idea what that thing in his hand is??

Is it a controller or some kind of gun?

I don't know about you, but the JUMP is one of those things I'd really like to see army-building-packed. It was always one of my Joe's most used vehicles when in mission. And I love these small flying devices! One could get closer to the general spot with the VAMP or maybe the APC, but the JUMP was the vehicle for a in/out routine (especially when flying - literally - out of a Cobra base).

As for the handpiece/controls, I'd just skip that - I liked the way it was used in the comic book better.

I do like the 1997 colors but there's no way I'm paying $60.00(?) for a bunch of repaints. Short Fuse isn't worth it and the MOBAT has always been a somewhat underwhelming vehicle. Plus, I still have mine from 1982.

Well, assuming I actually bite the bullet and buy the Target set (not to mention actually find it), This will definitely become my default Stalker.

the darker coloration does look nicer....but not enough for this one to be "THE" stalker of my collection.

Problem with flesh tone is that the mold is for a gloved hand and has wrinkles. Now that we have a gloved version, we don't have to settle for granny hands stalker.

I still like the single pack colors. Im still debating if the battle pack is worth picking up.
