Yeah I got hyped up when Wave 2 was gonna put Serpentor then I saw it and was dissapointed it did not look anything like the 86 one. So I used a Stargate figure headdress that look like a King Tut as a substitute, then a yr later saw DVD set and I was all over this, and I quickly swapped the parts

I tried this too, but the Snake cowl is glued in really tight, And I don't want to break it. How did you pull the cowl off without wrecking/damaging it. I bought the wave 2 25th version carded for $3 last year. The DVD version has better tooling, but terrible paint apps. This idea is the best of both worlds. Your advice will help me finish upgrading my Serpentor.

I took the cape off and hit it with a blowdryer and worked it loose.
Saved almost the whole peg. Then I glued it to the 25th because it's staying.

I did this to an extra set of Serpentors I had. Makes a much better Serpy figure by combining the best parts of both.

I did the same with mine, but I never liked that head sculpt. I went with a v1 ROC Zartan head instead, he was an egyptian mummy once after all. Fits ok but I wonder if the cancelled POC Volso Zartan head would be better?

I did the same with mine, but never liked the head so I modded a comic pack Serpentor head onto mine.
