This is Jermaine Battle - also known as Touchdown. He's a heavy weapons specialist who looks out for the little guy (& everybody's a 'little guy' compared to him). Touchdown throws himself completely into every mission he undertakes & shines on the battlefield, but he's also known for his introspective - even brooding - moods off the field. See - he blames himself for the untimely death of his little brother James. What he doesn't know is that his sister Hayden (Cobra's Darkclaw (http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-customs/20335-new-cobra.html)) is the one who's truly responsible for James' death.

Or maybe this is really Roadblock reimagined.

For me it's a new Joe but for godsakes put a shirt or a vest to cover up his nipples. No one wants to see a naked man's upper body. It makes him look more campy than Gung-Ho. Lol.
